《匠》：能工巧匠故事集

這本《匠》由煤氣公司出版，主要作為內部傳訊及對外宣傳的企業刊物。書中展示煤氣公司及港華燃氣前線員工於維修及安裝的卓越工藝及無私奉獻精神。書中強調作為工程人員的專業性、創造力、精確性和工作自豪感，當中包括多篇香港和中國內地前線員工及管理層的訪談內容，並介紹了多地的優秀項目。這本書不單作為推廣企業內「能工巧匠」精神的傳承，更作為對前線員工辛勤工作的鼓勵，推動技術和服務質素的不斷改進。

我的角色包括作為記者、作家和編輯，採訪前線員工到高層管理人員，撰寫有關能工巧匠的故事，並安排攝影、制定出版計劃、建議版面設計，並協助製作出版的過程。

The book "Craftsmanship" is a publication by The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas). It highlights the exceptional craftsmanship and dedication of skilled workers from the Towngas Group across China. Emphasizing professionalism, creativity, precision, and pride, the book features interviews with Towngas management and frontline staff from Hong Kong and mainland China. It includes detailed accounts of exemplary projects, discussing the evolution and future of gas industry practices. The book celebrates artisans' contributions and promotes continuous improvement in technical skills and service quality.

My role as a journalist, author, and editor includes visiting staff from frontline to top management, writing stories on craftsmanship, arranging photography, planning the publication, suggesting layouts, and assisting in publication production.
