This video is about the service enhancement project at the Prince of Wales Hospital's blood-taking center.

My role includes coordinating the entire video production process, from conceptualization and script writing to directing and supervising editing and production. The video is now on the YouTube channel and is displayed on all TV screens within the hospital.
