This video documents Prince of Wales Hospital’s annual interdepartmental fire drill.

I led pre-event coordination across departments on the drill workflow and procedures, arranged filming locations and crew, served as one of the cinematographers, and supervised editing and post-production. The video is now live on the hospital’s YouTube channel and is screened across all in-hospital TV displays.
